How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Mint Ledger account”.
- If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the name on the account and roughly when you created it, so we can find it.
- We will confirm the request, then delete the account within 30 days.
Deleting your account from inside the appComing soon will replace the email step.
What we delete
- Your account and profile.
- Your collection: items, albums, notes, values and photos.
- Your marketplace listings and offers.
What we may keep
- Messages you sent to other users may remain visible to them, shown without your profile.
- Limited records we must keep for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons, such as payment records once paid plans launch.
- Copies in backups, until they are overwritten on our rolling backup schedule.
Before you delete
- Deletion can’t be undone. Export your collection from the app first if you want a copy.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings.
- If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove Mint Ledger under your Apple Account’s “Sign in with Apple” settings.
See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your data.
